From the West Valley:

I-10 East Bound: Take 7th Avenue south. Make a right turn at Buckeye Road, then turn right at 11th Avenue.

From the East Valley:

I-10 West Bound: Take I-17 north, exit at 7th Avenue. Turn right on 7th avenue, turn left at Buckeye Road, then turn right on 11th Avenue.
